JOY OF SESH

We’ve been wanting to do this for ages – a session IPA packed full of flavour. A simple clean malt bill with Maris Otter and oats for that lovely mouth feel. Hop wise – we’ve packed this little beast with our favourites – Mosaic and Citra. Expect tropical, citrus, stone-fruit notes. This sessionable IPA was a joy to brew and a true joy to drink. Vegan friendly.

ABV: 4.2%

CITRUS HILL IPA

An India Pale Ale with a bold citrus flavour. We used nothing but an abundance of southern hemisphere hops for this beer. The result is an IPA replete with juicy pineapple, lemon and zingy lime flavours.

Ingredients:

Malt: Maris Otter, Wheat
Hops: Wakatu and Motueka
Also: Water, Yeast

ABV: 5.1%

JAPAN GREEN TEA & JASMINE PALE

A worldly, easy drinking pale. Beer Zen is achieved through the process of combining a simple grain bill with just the right amount of Japanese Jasmine and Green Tea. Drink

Ingredients:

Malt: Maris Otter pale ale, Rye Crystal, Wheat & Caramalt
Hops: Perle
Also: Jasmine flowers, Green Tea, Water, Yeast

ABV: 4.6%

LE SOLEIL

Heaps of pale malt goodness is balanced by just the right amount of bitterness from Aurora. Late hopped with US Cascade and dried bitter orange peel, our fruity session pale ale is perfect for glorious laidback afternoons.

Ingredients:

Malt: Maris Otter, Wheat & Caramalt
Hops: Aurora
Also: Coriander Seed, Bitter Orange Peel, Water, Yeast

ABV: 4.5%

OOHLALA

An amber beer brewed with mainly Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt and a touch of Crystal Malt and Munich is balanced by sweet, spicy notes with hints of citrus from the French hop Aramis….oh and the zest of 60 lemons.

Ingredients:

Malt: Maris Otter pale Ale, Crystal, Munich, Wheat
Hops: perle, Aramis
Also: Water, Yeast

ABV: 4.6%

SUBNATURAL IPA

A sessionable IPA based on our DIPA recipe. Made with heaps of Citra and Amarillo hop additions throughout the brewing process and then dry hopped repeatedly for good measure. A hoppy flavoursome beer designed for enjoyment.

Malt: maris Otter Pale Ale, Wheat & Caramalt
Hops: Citra, Amarillo
Also: Water, Yeast

ABV: 4.8%

SUPER DELUXE STOUT

This beer is kind of a ‘big deal’! Winning many awards, at many beer festivals – our flagship obsidian stout glides across the palette with rich flavours of French pressed coffee, blow torched sugar and vanilla. Creamy, but not heavy, it delivers on its name – Super and Deluxe in a bottle.

Ingredients:

Malt: Maris Otter, Chocolate Malt, Caramalt, Crystal, Munich, Roasted Barley, Oats & Wheat
Hops: East Kent Goldings
Also: Water, Yeast, Lactose, Coffee, Vanilla & blow torched brown sugar.

ABV: 7.0%

HOMEBREW LOSER SOUP

Was a massive hit at this years Bristol Craft Beer Festival. A hoppy IPA, with sweet tasty notes of toasted Coconut and Alphonso Mango. Its a super juicy, Pina Colada of a beer. Vegan Friendly.

ABV: 6.5%

CINDER TOFFEE STOUT

Described as liquidised Crunchie Bars in a stout.  Maris Otter, Crystal, Rolled Oats, Wheat, Roasted Barley, Chocolate Malts and blow-torched honeycomb lay down the perfect grain bill for this beautifully smooth, jet black stout. The perfect sessionable beer for the colder months that’s sure to bring a smile to your face. Vegan Friendly

ABV: 4%

ENVIEW THE JOY

We’ve kept it simple with low colour Maris Otter, rolled Oats and Wheat but the flavour is definitely complex. With a huge whirlpool addition of Citra hops, then dry hopped with copious amounts of Simcoe, expect notes of grapefruit, lychee, passion fruit and hints of Apricot. Hazy with a massive mouth feel and one our personal favourites.  Vegan Friendly.

ABV: 6.5%

IRISH CREAM STOUT

Baileys in a stout – and its proper yum! Brewed with all the malts, burnt brown sugar and lactose. Toasted chocolate notes are complimented by copious amounts of East Kent Goldings hops. It’s finished off with that special ingredient – Irish Cream Liqueur. Currently smashing it on Untapped!

ABV: 7%

PINEAPPLE PALE

The first of 4 Californian inspired beers. Hopped in 5 different stages, this pale has the addition of 100% fresh pineapple puree to give it a new juicy, twist. The combination of fruity flavours and hop intensity definitely packs a delicious punch.

ABV: 5.5%
